Built in 2026, this 45-minute course supports individuals and organizations in recognizing and preventing bullying, harassment, discrimination, and workplace violence. You’ll explore what respectful behaviour looks like, how harmful behaviours can show up at work, and what to do if you witness or experience them. Grounded in Canadian workplace laws, the course offers practical guidance for creating safer, more respectful environments across all types of work settings. These behaviours have no place at work or in society. By learning how to respond and where to find support, we can all help create healthier, more inclusive workplaces.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

• • Explain your rights and responsibilities under Canadian law
